    Help! My son purchased an inappropriate movie on Xbox store and I don't know how to delete it!


    My son "accidentally" downloaded an inappropriate movie from the Microsoft Store on his Xbox One. How do I delete it?!?! I went to the "Movies & TV" app on the Xbox but the movie doesn't show up as a recently purchased item. Strange. But if I search
    up the movie it automatically starts playing the trailer (which by the way is a HUGE mess up by Microsoft allowing inappropriate trailers when parental settings are in place) and the "PLAY" button is red meaning he can simply select it and watch the movie.

    HELP! Microsoft needs to make parental settings and restrictions easier for the parent to navigate. This is so confusing and I'm a very tech savvy person!

    Bottom line: how do I delete this video from my account? I want it gone. Vamos. Outta here.

    How can I delete items that we're purchased on my console in the past? I looking to delete some old movies that were downloaded so that similar items don't show up in my suggestion tiles on my xbox live dashboard.

    My son asked me to purchase robux for his roblox game. I purchased some from the Microsoft store and received an email confirming my purchase. Now I don't know how to get the robux for him so he can use them in his game. I've already had a chat with support
    and she didn't know how to help so she referred me to an expert which ended up being a virtual agent which was no help at all. Please help

    Accidentally purchased a French movie BUT.....

    When I purchased a movie thru the xbox/Microsoft app it was in the French language.

    There is no option for me to change it to English, the subtitles are either off or in French. Within this version of the movie I can't change the audio to my preferred English.

    I don't speak French.

    I've tried deleting the movie of my system and when I try and buy the same one in English, it tells me I already have that movie BUT the one it's referring to is the deleted French movie.

    My questions are......

    1. How do I permanently the French movie?

    2. How do I buy the same movie again in english?

    I'm having the same problem. I bought a movie last week and I my green check still hasn't appeared. I've contacted support but they are so busy they haven't responded back. I purchased my movie through the Microsoft store. I don't know if this will be fixed this month. I only had one movie left and I'm afraid to purchase another movie and still not get the points.

    Fix for error code 0xc101a3ff

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there.

    I'm Wille, an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    In the Xbox, go to purchases, find your movie and DELETE it;

    Then go to the Microsoft Store and search for your Movie/TV Program.

    Click watch.
