Help. my NAT type is strict and I can't connect to games. HALP!!

I've been trying to maintain a full game on MW3 for the past three days, I lag constantly and I can't seem to connect to parties either. please help me fix my NAT issue.

Need help setting up multiple xbox ones in hospital setting for pediatric patients. Due to sensitive of patient information I'm unable to change Nat strict type to Nat open type. Is there any other way to connect multiple Xbox ones in multiplayer games in
Nat strict type?

 

How do I change my NAT type from strict?

Help! I cannot connect fully to live due to my NAT type is strict. anybody know how to fix this???

 

Type “cmd” (without the quotes) in the Windows Search box. Select the Command Prompt to open a command window. Step 2 of 7 Type "ipconfig /all" (without the quotes) and press “Enter” to execute the command. Step 3 of 7 Look through the list of names until
you see either “Default Gateway" or "IPV4 Gateway” and write down the numbers next those names. The numbers will look similar to "192.168.0.0." Step 4 of 7 Open Internet Explorer, type the Gateway IP address in your address bar and press “Enter” to open your
router's configuration page. Step 5 of 7 Enter your router password. If you don't know the password, you may need to contact the manufacturer. However, for many devices, the default password is "admin." Step 6 of 7 Click the “Administration” link on your router.
Change the “UPnP” setting from “Disabled” to “Enabled.” Step 7 of 7 Click the “Save Settings” or “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page. Exit your router configuration tool.
