So, the thing is like this:

I have had my Gamertag / account since a lot of time ago... then my kid came along and I let him use my account to play and bought some games especially for him (Minecraft, for instance).

Now he has grown and wants / needs his own account but he also wants to keep all of his achievements / saves and everything!

Please tell me there is a way of doing this? I just want to keep my account and give him a new one with all of his stuff!

Transfer of account to new email

basically my son has an account with my email adress is there anyway i can transfer everything to his email adress so he can keep his gamertag and all achievments. This would be really helpfull if i could as i really need to set up the timer on his new
email. If i cant transfer the account is there a way i can put a timer onto an adults profile

Xbox gamertag transfer help

Hi i have a question about gamertag transfer from the 360 to the one and i know i can find this anywhere but my situation is a bit different. My 360 has never been connected to the internet but obviously my xbox one has, so can I transfer my 360 gamertag/gamerscore to my current xbox one gamertag/gamerscore?

Hi again. Thanks for all the help. I've red own loaded a few of my kids games on demands. I'm just getting nervous on the content license transfer page. I have lots of my dlc, arcade and on demand games I want to keep on my xbox but just want to transfer
about 3-5 games on the older kids xbox.

I'm on the license transfer page but I have done this before with my first console and I don't remember being able to single fame transfer. I'm worried it will move my license completely over to the kids xbox

am I better off just leaving my profile on the kids console and let them play on it with the games or can I transfer my single demand games to that console so they can play offline.

I believe pilot wants to know how if and how he can transfer the game save his kids made on his gamertag to the gamertag he created for them. To the best of knowledge you can't transfer that over to someone else's gamertag since it only belongs to you. But
the was a good bit of game save downloading going on 360 but it was always to illegally modify the save or to beat a game without doing anything. I don't think that's going on on x1, but honestly I don't follow that kinda stuff well, so it could be possible
to transfer your game save from your gamertag but I don't know how to inform you.

What I mean is there should still be a way to get the game and Gamertag back for no cost. I only play Minecraft, so it isn't as big a deal to lose all the achievements, but there should be a way to keep my Gamertag and the game itself. I want to be able to transfer my Gamertag to a different account. If I delete my Gamertag and change it on my dad's account, then can I set my Gamertag back to what it was originally with no changes to it on my new account?

Unfortunately there is no way to transfer game saves for him to continue his progress on a different gamertag. Sorry
