  1. HELP, my hard drive shows everything as 0kb even though it shows my HDD being nearly full!

I was playing Call of Duty & it hard crashed. Had to unplug the power cord to be able to turn off my system.

When I restarted, my profile was gone & everything in my storage shows up as 0kb.I have a 120GB & it shows that I still have 18Gb of free space left, BUT when I enter Storage, it shows EVERYTHING as 0kb.

My games, saves, profile, themes etc... not showing up!

When I tried re-downloading my profile, I got an error code 8007045D.

I read here that I am supposed to delete a corrupt gamer profile & try again, BUT under my profile it shows up as 0 kb, nothing is there to delete.

Can I still save my saves somehow?

I know I can always redownload all my DLC other stuff since it is tied to my account.

I had a external Hard drive die on my once, I used the freezer method & it worked long enough for me to transfer all my content from it.

If I use the freezer method on the 360 HDD, & it fixes the HDD temporarily, will the 360 give me back access to my saves or is there some propriety shenanigans that will prevent that?

    :)

    Error 8007045D

A couple of days ago, my xbox (the old xbox 360 elite 120gig)was unexpectedly wiped and I couldn't access my profile. I tried to redownload my profile onto the hdd but it gave me error 8007045D. I checked the hard drive on the system settings and it said
I still had 49 gig free but when I go to click on it, it shows I have 0kb on everything. I've tried everything I could, so what do I do?

  3. Hardrive shows data but won't load

I was playing Madden 15 when my system froze. upon restarting it, it took a while at the xbox screen than loaded with zero profiles. when i go to storage it shows 7 gb of free data (i have a 60gb microsoft official hard drive came with the system) but when
i click it shows 0kb in all profiles. i cleared the system multiple times as well as trying another hard drive that worked, so its obviously the HDD … How can i fix this i have files not saved on cloud, i don't and shouldn't have to format a perfectly fine
one second not the next hard drive

  4. HELP, my hard drive shows everything as 0kb even though it shows my HDD being nearly full!

Error 8007045D occurs when you try to download your Xbox Live profile

    Problem

You see the following error code and message when you try to download your Xbox Live profile:

Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.

    Status code 8007045D

This means that an error occurred during the download.

    Solutions

Solution 1: Clear the system cache

Press the Guide button on your controller.

Go to Settings and select System Settings.

    Select Storage or Memory.

Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

    Select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Solution 2: Delete the profile that’s stored on your Xbox console and download your profile again

To delete the profile that’s stored on your Xbox console:

Go to Settings and select System.

    Select Storage.

    Select All Devices.

    Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

    Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only. (This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.)

To download your Xbox Live profile:

Press the Guide button on your controller.

    picture

    Select Download Profile.

Note If you don’t see a “Download Profile” notification, it probably means you’re signed in to your profile. Press X to sign out.

Enter the Microsoft account that’s associated with your Xbox Live gamertag. If you don’t know your Microsoft account or password, see Questions about a Microsoft account or gamertag.

Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, you have to use the parent’s Microsoft account to download the profile.

Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

    Your profile will begin downloading.

When the download is complete, you can choose whether to require a Microsoft account password to sign in to your profile. The Remember Password option is turned off by default, which means you’ll be prompted for your Windows Live ID password when you sign
in to your Xbox Live profile.

    Remember Password option

    picture

Leave Remember Password unchecked if you want to be prompted for your Microsoft account password whenever you sign in to your profile on this console. You should now be able sign in to the console using your Xbox Live gamertag.

Now, in your case, if there's nothing to delete under your profile, then simply sign out of your profile and delete everything and you'll probably have to re-download all of your lost items. If you have any more problems with this please don't hesitate to

I tried all that but the main problem is there is nothing in the HDD to delete.... Everything said 0KB... Clearing the cache doesn't help and I tried to do anything with the HDD and nothing... I was able to use a USB...

Plug in USB then format USB to Xbox.

Connect to net and download update.

    Finished with update download profile.

Move profile from USB to HDD.

(My problem is I cant move my profile over just like I couldn't download it into my HDD in the first place)

    Problem should be fixed now.

DarionK what did you end up doing? that is exactly my problem as well... I have slim 360 with an add-on hardrive. The problem is I cant delete something that says 0KB... It seems like I may have lost half of what was saved on there (memory meter is still
    half full.)

I have tried clearing cashe 5 times and starting xbox without the add-on harddrive( much easier start-up.) I will keep playing with the 8 GB memory stick but please re-post if you know how to remove the corrupted profile
