HELP MY GAME WON'T START

So I decided to update my console using a hotspot, it finished but then Red Dead Redemption 2 started to update and I ran out of hotspot (I DO NOT HAVE WIFI) well I canceled the update, game wouldn't work so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. The game
just loads and never starts back up. Just stays on the loading screen. I've reset the xbox, cleared the Persistent storage, unplugged the xbox. What do I do??

It sounds like the game has got corrupt during the re-installation

the only way would be to possibly try another re-installation when making sure its not connected at all or to wait until you have some more data and to update it.

I assume you didn't download the update for RDR2 yet?

If so, then my assumption is that you will first need to download the update for the game and see what happens after when the games update is succesful.
