    Help my game doesn't install correctly


    What happens is that I have the bo3 disc and I recently uninstalled it but wanted to install it again, but an error keeps happening every time it's gets to 3.5 gb done, the download stops and when I try downloading again the installation stays there and
    after some minutes it says the same I have tried unplugging my Xbox for 30 secs and plugging again and cleaning my disc but nothing works. I also tried to insert another game to see if it was the Xbox, but it worked perfectly. Help anyone???

    GAME DOESN'T INSTALL!

    I have the game since December of 2015 and it works very well. Recently I have bought an Xbox One S and a can't install the game in my new console, I don't know if the problem is in the console or in the CD. When I looked at the CD closely, I saw marks on
    the sides. I think my cd's messed up.

    I tried all the tutorials on the support and nothing worked. My questions is: can I recive a digital copie of the game instead I destroy the CD?

    Hope for a awnser, I miss play this game!

    I would suggest uninstalling the game (the 3.5GB you got), powering down your xbox all the way, then unplugging the power for 30 seconds and then booting it back up and retrying the install

    Xbox Game Bar doesn't work

    This doesn't solve my problem.

    In the morning I was able to install correctly xbox game bar app but party feature still missing.

    Hey there Cherri! I understand you are having issues playing an installed game right now. Is this the only installed game not working correctly? One thing you can try is to install the game again. If that doesn't help, I would say try a different copy of
    the game and see if that helps. You can also test your copy of the game on a different console to see if it has the same issue. If it doesn't seem to work on multiple consoles, I would recommend a replacement disc. Let me know what you find out, thanks!

    If you’re getting the splash screen, the disc has nothing to do with it. Try reinstalling the game, use the Xbox app to download the current digital version. The disc is only acting as a key
