Help!!! My friend got into my account without my permission and got me banned!!!!

Sorry for the inconveniences for other players but my friend when I wasn't home got into my console and raged a said some profanity to other players. He gave me is pass and email so I can do the same but besides that I want him to fix it. His user is whitecook123
He's the guy who banned me perma. Please help!

Hey my old gamertag xGOLDENxKUSHx was banned, and its not my fault. my friend hacked my account and he started using it for online modding without my permission and then he called me and told me he got my account banned. Could my account be unbanned please
i put alot of work into it and its not even my fault. Thanks.

Hi, my name is Vinay. I accidentally got my friends Xbox banned permanently. The reason it got banned was I got super mad at him for calling me a loser, so I hacked into his account without his permission and refunded all his games. He told me that Xbox
banned him, because of too many refunds. He got really mad at me and threatened to call the cops. My friend who's Gamertag is JVKING64 is innocent and should not have gotten banned in any way. Please, Xbox enforcement team ban me instead of JVKING64, this

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

Giving someone your log in details is a violation of the ToU/CoC.

You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

You can try filing for a case review on the enforcement site
here.

The enforcement team don't use the forums,a case review is the only way to contact them.
