Help my downloadable free gold game something went wrong

Does the country you see there match with the country your console was bought in? For example, if you have an US account, and are currently visiting Europe, you are accessing the US marketplace with your account. However if you use a European console from
a friend, the game might not work due to country region locks.

I am having a problem with this too, i downloaded it to my Xbone and started the game, but when i went to play multiplayer or rivals on line it says i need to be signed onto xbox live, i am signed on, and i am a gold member as i obviously got it free on
the Gold free download backwards compatability thing. so am i doing something wrong or is there no multiplayer on the free game?

yeah....I'm getting the same error in my assasins creed 2 that i downloaded in the "free games for gold" section i don't know whats wrong please help!!!!

Same problems and error code, do this.

Go to All Settings>System>Console Info & Updates>Reset Console> Reset and Keep My Games and Apps

It worked for me.

Perhaps you should do an offline update to the system
