    Help My account doesn't deserve it


    My brother went into a streamer he liked and found his xbox account and though it would be funny to go on my xbox account and send the guy a message saying the N word with the hard R. I didnt do this but then the streamer had many people report my account

    this a documentation proof from Alhiah G. she helped me get to this form shes a online xbox support, [Mod removed]

    please dont ban my account im very sorry that this happened it wont ever happen again

    So I guess what you are all saying is that it certainly doesn't pay to cheat? You won't get much sympathy from us legit gamers. Cheaters get what they deserve and deserve what they get. This wouldn't be an issue for any of you
    right now if MS just stepped up and treated gamer score modders the same as all the rest and permanently banned the account(s) in the first place.



    Have any of you posted in the MY LIVE ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED forum to see if they could help?

    Suspended

    I was playing with my brother and cousin on Xbox live. When I woke up the next day I went to get on my account and it said I had been suspended for a week. It had also said that on my brothers and cousins accounts as well. If anyone can help me with this
    please contact me because so far Microsoft doesn't respond at all and we don't deserve to get suspended for doing nothing.

    Sorry but the enforcement team does not monitor these forums. The only way to communicate with them is through a case review process if you have an eligible ban for review https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    As part of the code of conduct you are responsible everything that happens with your account. If you believe your account was access without your permission you need to call MS support and file an Unauthorized Account Access complaint.

    Unfortunately you are responsible for any actions that happen on your account.

    The only way though that you would get a suspension is if someone reports the action and then the enforcement team will investigate the report and if there was a violation of the COC then that's when they put the suspension on the account.

    If no one reports it then there will be no suspension.

    Unfortunately you are responsible for any actions that happen on your account.

    The only way though that you would get a suspension is if someone reports the action and then the enforcement team will investigate the report and if there was a violation of the COC then that's when they put the suspension on the account.

    If no one reports it then there will be no suspension.

    If the little cheater is gamerscore reset on one and banned on another couldn't he open up a THIRD account and play his game on that?

    As I understand it DLC and games are tied to the console and that would mean they work on any account on that console right?

    Also why are we helping a cheating loser who deserves everything he has got as it is quite obvious that he can;t play by the rules and doesn't really deserve the help from us normal hardworking gamers who can follow the rules.
