37 dollars was taken from me and it said it was cod points i never authorized this purchase and i was not told that this payment was going to happen tell after it happened i want a refund because no one made this purchase that lives with me and i have never
given any one my account information

ok i need help my xbox was stollen and i need my account locked from anyone useing it but me microsoft doesnt answer the phone so idk what to do i cant log in online on the website eather and they are useing my credit card to buy everything on xbox

Hi Relnah I just had the same problem as FREEx IIV but when my profile was on the beta holders xbox i could not purchase content with my just converted points (now money) and when i get home there no way to convert that money back into ms points. In short
i feel like i have just been stollen from this is Absolutely absurd . What can i do to about this?

the copy they got ahold of was a devolpers copy of the game. suposeofly it was stollen when EPIC forums got hacked and the guy who stole it wanted 3000 dollars for it. Apparently it got uploaded to the internet.. I new it had gotten stolen like a month
ago though. it really sucks cause now the developers loose money from that. i am so against pirating.

Of course someone changed also the email.

Eurogamer had an article about it that hackers had stollen some account this month.

Also to clarify things never used any "cheap" MSP points and pc and other hardware is clean of any malware.

Small chance to get an admin response and help from support now eh ?
