    Help Minecraft doesnt work after windows 10 1.2.7 update


    Minecraft for windows 10 edition (pc) will not start after i downloaded the last windows 10 update 1.2.7

    i only get the mojang logo and than nothing.

    Having Minecraft Java version with Windows 10 version

    Hello

    I bought Minecraft Windows 10 version, but It was a mistake.

    I have also one computer with Windows 7 and I can't use Minecraft Windows 10 version on this environnement version.

    Is that possible for you to cancel my order L: 4497045594?

    After speaking with Xbox support on Twitter it seems it's possible.

    With Minecraft Java version, I can have Minecraft Windows 10 version for free.

    Apologies for this confusion because Minecraft via Mojang's site, we can have also Windows 10 version for free (after buying Java version) but not vice versa.

    Many thanks for your help.

    The update is to Minecraft Windows 10 edition that also works on Xbox, as the Minecraft you have is no longer supported, it still works as I still play it at times. But yes, the update message is for you to get the Windows 10 version that works on both
    PC and Xbox, so you can save a game on Xbox and boot it up on PC and carry on.
