    HELP MICROSOFT SUPPORT!! Xbox One TENURE icon missing


    Been in Contact with microsoft support 4 times and they cant seem to give a straight answer on this.

    Im turning 10 any day and this is crazy when going from 360 to Xbox one....

    Mine also disappeared a few weeks back. My current subscription doesnt end until 27th September. This happened to me two years in a row and not recieved any help. When i got it back last year it was showing id only been a member for one year despite my friends
    showing for seven. Im not confident it'll be fixed.

    @ Yiotou92, doesnt help my region match my console.. Still no sign of Tenure. Talked support and they said it will be fixed in the next console update. Support has given me 5 different answers on this lol. Not very Confident about this one..

    This is what they told me ''I see the issue now. The system detects your tenureship on a continuous basis. Meaning, if your subscription got cut off for 24 hours, the tenureship count will start from there. If you are after tenureship, it is important that
    your subscription does not get cut off more than 24 hours for the count to be continuous.'' How i am supposed to know that?
