HELP MICROSOFT SUPPORT!! Xbox One TENURE icon missing

Still no sign of mine reappearing either, I am really disappointed with the lack of updates from the support team, Been almost 2 months now.

 

I hope, that the icon will return with the Online Profile update this week.

 

My tenure icon is finally on my Xbox One Profile.

 

And so is penny84's at long last. )

My tenure is now missing too. I am upset because I can't brag that I've only been on live for 5 years and have over 100K in gamerscore. Does no one know what causes this or how to fix it?

The only change I recently made to my account is adding a 1 month gold subscription to my account which doesn't expire until 2015. The 1 month code came from Xbox Repair Services when I got an exchange unit.

Anyone have any solid information on the cause of this and how to fix it?

 

Mine just reappeared after 2 months my 8 years tenure is now showing the people that are missing your tenures it will return soon

 

I would like to add my name to the list as my tenure on Xbox One is still not showing and it's been like 2-4 weeks. GT: . It shows on Xbox 360 but not Xbox One. It should show 4 year tenure

 

And today mine disappears again. What's going on?

Mine is missing too.. Any support who can look at it? Showed 9 last dec and i just got a new XB1 a couple of Days ago, still no sign of it..
