    Xbox ONE Tenure missing/ disappeared.

    I can see all my friends TENURE icons & I use to be able to see my own TENURE on MY PROFILE on Xbox One.

    On 360, the tenure is displayed correctly on my profile. But the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile.

    My friend has confirmed that the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile page.

    I've deleted and re-added my account on Xbox One and checked my Privacy settings.

    HELP MICROSOFT SUPPORT!!!!

    Tenure icon missing on xbox one

    I have 10 years xbox live gold and the tenure shows up fine on the 360.



    But its missing on the xbox one.



    Have tenure icons been removed from xbox one?

    Also still no sign of my tenure and i have recently renewed to 12 months more xbox lve gold i should be approaching 8 years now.

    My Tenure is also missing on my Xbox One account. On my Xbox 360 it´s showing up correctly 4 years. I hope this bug will be fixed soon.

    My tenure as been missing for almost 2 months now. I am beginning to think that my tenure won't return now as there as been no update from the support team and I have also spoke to Microsoft support 3 times regarding the issue.

    Has it maybe something to do with the homeoptions, for example that the console must set up as a Homeconsole?
