Help Microsoft Jigsaw wont sign in

What do you mean if I "need further assistance"? I have yet to receive *any* assistance towards resolution. I'm just doing my best to warn others off so that they hopefully don't get into the same situation as I did & get cheated as well. I'm done.

I also have the same problem..........what happened to the fix for not being able to sign in?????

 

Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you made sure that you are on the latest version of Jigsaw (1.2.1412.1508)?

 

I'm having similar problems Jigsaw gets to the point of signing in then sticks - forever

Mahjong logs in fine

I can log into Xbox.com - no problem

All Windows update completed

MS Jigsaw reinstalled

Chat with Xbox support - doesn't want to know as I play this on Windows 8.1

Anybody got any ideas as from the look of this forum Microsoft don't seem to actually do much

 

Try changing password, shorter than 10 characters with no special character and see if that works.

 

I have experienced the same problems as the other posts here, and have been battling this problem -- only with Microsoft Jigsaw -- for over a year now. In addition, Microsoft Jigsaw would not load at all 3/13/15 to 7/29/15. Had to uninstall & reinstall
3 times on Windows 10 before it would download 1 collection. Since 8/09/15, it will not connect to Xbox. Uninstalling & reinstalling does not help. All of my other games -- Microsoft Bingo, Microsoft Jackpot, Microsoft Mahong, Microsoft Minesweeper, Microsoft
Solitaire, Microsoft Sudoku, Taptiles, etc. -- connect immediately (I tested each one before sending this message). When I open Xbox separately, it comes up immediately & shows that I am logged in. As the other posters have noted, this is not a system problem
-- all other programs and games work just fine -- this is clearly a problem with the Microsoft Jigsaw program itself. All Windows updates are installed (especially since Windows 10 does so automatically), and my antivirus is not interfering. All other programs
& apps are working just fine on my system with the existing settings, protections, etc. -- with the exception of Microsoft Jigsaw, which has never worked well consistently for any length of time at all. I have had no positive results through this forum in
the past -- I'm just hoping to let others know that they are not alone, that these problems are affecting many people also, with little hope of resolution.

 

Having the same problem. Restarted then selected sign in options and signed in with original password rather than pin. MS jigsaw loads properly. I have special characters in my password.

 

I've upgraded to Windows 10, 3 times from Windows 8.1 on my Toshiba Satellite S55-A5295. Each time I was Unable to 'SIGN-IN' to Microsoft Jigsaw. I actually used Three different copies of Windows 8.1 before upgrading. One was the original that came with
the Laptop, the second was supplied by a tech service at great cost and the third was purchased from Walmart. Couldn't sign in to Jigsaw with any of them. I'm a tech and have been working with computers since 1979, 8088, Atari, Commodore, IBM and Radio shack.
I've installed, uninstalled updated and cleaned the computer in virtually every combination possible in an attempt to get this to work. I've been playing Microsoft Jigsaw since September of 2014 or 16 months. In that time, I have had other problems too. The
main 'other' problem is that statistics does not track correctly. Approximately 6% of the time if fails to credit the user for the LAST completed puzzle. On a few occasions, I RESET my computer due to a problem I detected and STATISTICS would remove a number
of completed puzzles from the count. All toll, I've had approximately 4500 completed puzzles removed in this way. That's Four Thousand Five Hundred. Most were in the first 5 of playing the game, but it can still happen now. Having invested a significant Dollar
amount in this game, I can't upgrade to Windows 10 without losing the money. I want to upgrade to Windows 10 and thus the dilemma. IS THERE ANY HOPE out there from Microsoft or Arcadia???

 

well at least I know I am not the only one. It is very frustrating to have lost all of my progress, collections and achievements on this game. I am experiencing the same issue with ms mah-jong. no matter what trouble shooting is done the games do not
connect! this is a major issue, I have also had no success with ms support. I am very irate at this point

 

My husband enjoys this game more than any of the others and is having the same problems. I've tried everything I can think of...
