HELP MICROSOFT DON'T IGNORE ME

I am realy tired of buying game pass every month because those games like astroneer work but when i wnat to play lets say sea of thieves, sunset overdrive, final fantasy xv, forza horizon 4 they wont open and it's a shame to see in the forums people with
the same problem and microsoft wont help them just say basic things like its very annoing to have a paid subscription to when i want to play good games they don't even launch just have a splashscreen. Hope u fix it because im upset. Already had 3 months and
mt favourite games are ike that.

Edit: if i install them on my c drive they work ate least sot and sunset worked but i only have 80gb free on my drive it would be nice for my games to run on my other drive but they wont even start.
