Help Micoroft! Serious Problem! Xbox One TENURE icon missing

Same probleme here, opened another topic on first page, here what happens to me as some kind of sideeffects I guess...

Hey there,

played Halo 5 Beta, went on vacation from Monday until thursday (yesterday).

I turned my xbox on and thought, lets play that D4 game. But my xbox said "you need xbl gold to play this". But I have gold until 2016!

So I joined a party to check if this works and it did, and then I played Halo 2 Anniversary online.

But what I saw this morning, my Year number (must be 10 now I guess, Im non stop xbl member since jan 2005) disappeared!

Called the support, they will investigate that problem and send me a mail when they found out what happened.

While talking to the support guy, he said please check enforcement.xbox.com and it said that Im banned. I clicked that tile and there was "banned reason: no reason for ban" and also no date.

So he told me to redownload my profile on my xbox, I did and then I checked enforcement.xbox.com again and everything was finde, Top reputation as well.

Still have the problem with my year number. Friends cant see it too on my profile. But I can see theirs.

Need a solution here!

It looks like this is an issue that Microsoft are aware of and are working on, from what other people with this issue have said Support told them. The good news is that your tenure is still adding up, and once it is fixed your number will be accurate. The
only thing I can think of to try is deleting and re-downloading your profile.

However, I don't think that will work, because when I went to your profile on my One, your tenure isn't displaying on my end either.

I think it ticked over to 10 in early june and I think its been more than 30 days.

One odd thing though is I still get the adverts on the 360 dashboard telling me to upgrade to gold even though I do have gold and I renewed in may. Its as though some parts of the system thinks i have a silver account. Multiplayer works fine though.

I would still give it 30 days after it disappears before it's something to be worried about, especially since it's showing on your Xbox 360. If it suddenly disappeared from everything, that would be cause for concern, but for now, let's just give it some
time.
