I bought the season pass for far cry five and I entered the code and Didn’t give my content

hi my name is Jaiden Louderback or know on Xbox was McNuts1. I've been part of the Xbox family since the release of Xbox back in 2010 and from then on I knew I had the perfect gaming system. but for the past couple of days I've been in grief becuase i found out that my system has been banned PERMENTALLY. know I've tried my best with doing the case reviews and even called the support line and have been getting no where. look form the bottom of my heart I am extremely sorry in what I have done or done in the past but I've been but being part of Xbox for over 8 years and thus getting this is just heart breaking. Plus thousands of dollars down the drain is just the crappiest part. I am willing to do anything and mean anything Microsoft/Xbox that means from a vidoe or post or anything you want in return just to have my account restored to its originality i just don't see my self going to Sony and buying a ps4 please contact me anyone ANYONE I'm in literal tears over this and I'm just about to graduate and it's just a downwards slope for me

I have so many problems with this thing.


1. Multiplayer on games

-Rocket League: Matchmaking works, but when I join a party or someone joins mine, we can't play games together, it doesn't show their car, and it always says: "player currently unavailable for trading."

-Halo MCC: Can't join a single game. Period. I know that people play it too. See constant multiplayer clips in the game hub.

-For honor: When i had the beta, I couldn't join an online game at all. When friends invited me to play or I invited them, it wouldn't work either. I know it wasn't a problem with the game since literally no one else had this problem, including my friends.


2. Games with Gold

Xbox one games download and play fine. But 360 games are different. Whenever i try to download a free 360 game from my xbox one, it says, go to xbox.com. When i try to download it from there, it says unable to make purchase. I have billing set up too. I know you can get these without a 360, since i have seen lots of videos, tutorials of people doing it.


3. Game sharing

Whenever i try to game share with someone, it won't work, I seem to be the only one with this problem too. I download their account, sign in, make it the home xbox, install a game, but when i try to play it, on their account, my account, whatever, it always says, do you own this game or app?

 

Sorry to hear it. If this was a season pass then try highlighting the game on the dashboard then press the start/menu button on your controller. Select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to see if the content was there.

If you purchased this pass from a gaming retailer such as Gamestop or EBGames then it may be the code was for currency to purchase the pass and not the pass itself. You can check for currency on your account at

If you did not experience any errors when trying to redeem the season pass code can you please try going into My games and apps then highlight Far Cry 5 and press the menu button (3 horizontal lines) on the controller then select Manage games & add ons and
any content you own that has not been installed will be sitting in the ready to install tab.
