Help me Xbox . Not really a Category or section with it.

I got a gift from a friend for year 3 season pass on Rainbow Six Seige. I installed etc etc, then one day I got on and play a match and I didn’t have the operators, I was confused checked if it was still installed and it wasn’t there. I check ready to install
and it was gone. So I’d really like it back I mean it was $30 so.... If you need proof of the gift I can give you the image.

As stated by onyx62is, this error code is commonly seen when a console has been banned or suspended from Xbox LIVE. It does not appear in the Error code section for Xbox LIVE because it is a Category 2 Code method used to distinguish Xbox Connectivity from
Xbox Restrictions Statuses.

Hi, at the top of this forum thread, you will see a section 'private categories' in a blue bar. Select 'Ambassadors' and post in there to get further help and advice.

I am talking about the My Videos section - sorry I didn't make that clear.

Within the My Videos section there are 4 categories: All, Movies, TV and Other.

Any stuff that I add from my own collection gets put in the Other category. There must be something in the metadata of the purchased videos that allows the XBox Video app to place them in the appropriate section.

Use the "Category" drop down at the top of the forum to narrow it down to specific sections of the forums. Otherwise all of the pins are a cumulative collection from all of the sections. So once you're in a specific category you'll have far less, if any,
to go through.
