    Help me! Xbox Live Account problem


    Welcome! My problem is as follows: When you sign up,comes to writing the next: the third party games and apps through Xbox Live and share data with the publishers. Select to learn more about the privacy practices and how to stop sharing information with
    them. I have two options 1 Learn more or 2 continue. I choose to continue and nothing happens. It just does not enter. What might be the problem?

    Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

    Hi all

    I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

    why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

    any help thanks

    Microsoft Mahjong and Jigsaw log into generic account, but Microsoft Solitaire logs into Xbox account fine

    Not sure if it helps but... I notice when I sign into the Xbox app on Windows 10 it always logs me in first with the generic account. After logging in it gives me the option to sign in on a different account, which I do and sign into the Xbox Live account.
    Is it a problem that it doesn't even give me the option to log into the Xbox Live account first?

    Be aware though this can only be done once every 3 months.
