Help me with the purchasing problem!!

I have a problem purchasing fruit ninja game.

Whenever I press add payment option and go through the procedure it ends with saying you have a problem connecting with xbox live but I already connected in xbox live.

I also tried to purchase from the marketplace on the internet using the laptop it says some of your information is incorrect "try again" .

Help me.

HELP! Problem with purchasing

So today i saw there was a sale on Bioshock and i went ahead and bought it. After i clicked Confirm Purchase the following message appeared: "Sorry, something went wrong. This isn't available for your region, or the file is corrupted, or we don't recognize
the format. Find more info by looking up status code 80150017 at www.xbox.com/errorhelp."

I searched the code and it did not help me at all. I also tried downloading the free game Sleeping Dogs to see if there is a problem with my credit card or something, but the same message popped up. Any advice?

That code means there's a region issue. The content is region locked. So if your account region and your physical location don't match, or you live in a region that is not supported by Live, you will get that error. Your account region and your physical
location have to match in order to download region locked content.

Have you checked that all your account information is correct here:
https://account.microsoft.com - Address, credit card, etc.

Also make sure the address matches the region you console and your account are set for.

Let us know how that goes so we can continue to narrow down possible solutions.

As above could be region issue:

Both your region and location must be the same to access certain content and validate downloads or play restricted games etc.

If your location and region are not the same you can amend by following these steps:

support.xbox.com/.../change-region

Please note disc based games must be compatible with your consoles region.

Alternatively could be a risk lock:

I could not buy anything online or on console event though all methods valid and enough funds etc.

t turns out the issue relates to a risk block where by if you buy numerous items in a short time scale or have suddenly bought something after a long break then the system automatically lock your account to prevent fraud.

To remove the lock please contact support as above and explain the issue.

Be aware it took 5 days for a resolution so please be patient.

Some content is not available in all regions and some content is region locked. If the content has not been made available in your region, then you won't be able to download it.

Also, even if you live in Bulgaria, but your account may be set to the UK (if your father set it up before), then it will give you region issues because your account region and your physical location don't match.

If your account is set for Bulgaria, but you can't find the content when you search for it on the console, then it is not available in your region.
