Help Me with the false bans

Hi, My name is Triston and i been playing Xbox for 15 years and i have been getting banned from people for false reporting me and i am currently under a banned right now and the one i'm under right now might been my fault and i am sorry about that i respect
everyone on Xbox and i don't swear at random people because i think 100% xbox is a great place and i love Xbox but the other 2 bans i have aren't my fault there my friends fault or i thought they were my friends the 2 banned was a communication banned and
this guys reported me because he got communication banned for swearing at random people and also i think this guy doesn't want me on xbox and also the 1st one was because my friend or like i said i thought he was a friend he went on my account and i was at
school at the time he went on my account and got hacks for Call of duty: Modern Warfare 2 and i got home and i saw that he banned me and i was very mad at him and i changed my email and password after that and him and his friends report me because i don't
think they want me on Xbox and first let me say something before i get into every thing i have a disability and it's called cerebral palsy and these guys harass me a lot every single day and they say mean stuff to me like call me Squidward and they talk about
my hair line and about my whole family and there saying there gonna come **** me in my sleep and none of these guys got banned for all of that and they call me retard a lot and it really hurts my feelings and i just wanna know what we can do here and see if
i can get unbanned but if that then i would hope to get the others ones removed i am so sorry on what i did and i won't do it again i promise and i hope i can have a second chance please i'm asking if i can have some help and get these bans removed if you
guys want my gamertag if you don't have it on the forums massage me on here and i will give it to you Thank You!

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

Xbox didn't help with my false ban.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended/banned or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

Be aware, that whenever someone reports you on Xbox Live, the consoles involved will collect data and telemetry and send that in along with the report. In your case it would be the message you sent.

That report along with the evidence is then reviewed by a real human being, and if you really didn't do anything violating the Code of Conduct, you will not be banned.

So if you think your ban is unjustified, you need to go to
https://enforcement.xbox.com and depending on how long the suspension lasts (it has to be longer than 24 hours), you can file a Case Review.

That case review is then again read by a human being, and they will then review the evidence from the original report with your information from the case review.

If you could provide evidence that the suspension was unjustified, they can then un-suspend you.
