    The system is not sending me my security code when trying to buy xbox live gold.

    I am on the correct email. There are no blocked senders. There are no issues with my internet.

    Please help?

    So you changed your password, did you change it to a weak one ?

    Change your gamertag.

    In future don't give anyone access to your account.

    I'm having the same issue. I just redeemed my 6 month xbox live gold card and keeps telling me to purchase but in my settings it says I'm subscribed to my 6 month xbox live gold. Never had this problem before. need help.
