    update my control, so I downloaded the xbox accessory application and it asked me to connect it with USB, so I connected it with one of my phone, at the time of disconnecting press the xbox button and seconds later It turned off and won't let me connect it
    to my bluetooth 10 with Windows, so I ask for help

    I press the power button and it turns off about 2 seconds later making it unable to connect to the bluetooth

    It could be a firmware issue. The update might have been interrupted and did not fully update your controller. If it no longer works even in console via wired or wireless and you tried changing new batteries, I guess you need a new one or send it for repair
    or replacement if in warranty.

    Try to power cycle your controller by removing the battery for about 30 secs.
