    Help me with my Purchase Xbox


    Dear xbox, i've purchased fifa 18 like 20 minutes ago. I did this via Ideal. I did get my confirmation from ideal, at the moment i paid it. But unfortunately, I didn't get any confirmation from you guys. I didn't recieve any game code nor is there a game
    available in the store. When i go to my shopping history, it doesn't also show that i bought the game. Please help me, i'm eager to play this game. Either my order hasn't been processed after 20 minutes or something in xbox went wrong...

    you won't revive any code from Microsoft , if you bought the game on xbox store, the your account will automatically able to play it.

    yes i bought it on the 7th and it let me play it all that night but today its saying i do not own it and its telling me to pay the $105 again it the day the day one raid race happens on destiny 2 and it looks like i sadly will not be able to be apart of it i am also a pc player and i bought it with a credit card so i have no clue how a refund would even work
