    I bought Far cry 4 in physical format (CD), but I do not have space in my xbox storage, since it is only 4 GB, the device to install it asks for 3.9 GB, I bought a USB memory of 8 GB, when I inserted The game to probrarlo asked for an update of the game,
    well I downloaded it (it weighed 400 MB), this update was installed in my xbox not in the usb

    Then when I finished that and finally I could start to install the game, install it in the USB, when I finished the installation, the jeugo started loading and everything was fine, but when I already carried about 70% of the load screen, this me Says that the
    game may be damaged, ask me to wipe it gently or restart my xbox. I have been trying to install it in different ways for several days, but none works, if someone can help me I would appreciate it.

    Compré Far cry 4 en formato fisico ( CD) , pero no tengo espacio en mi almacenamiento de xbox, pues solo es de 4 GB, el jeugo para poder instalarlo me pide 3,9 GB, compré una memoria USB de 8 GB, cuando inserté el juego para probrarlo me pidio una actualización
    del juego, bueno la descargué ( pesaba 400 MB), esta actualizacion se instalo en mi xbox no en la usb

    entonces cuando termino eso y finalmente pude empezar a instalar el juego, lo instale en la USB, cuando finalizo la instalacion, el jeugo empezó a cargar y todo iba bien, pero cuando ya llevaba como un 70% de la pantalla de carga, este me dice que el juego
    puede estar dañado, me pide que lo limpie con un pañuelo suavemente o que reinicie mi xbox. llevo así varios dias tratando de instalarlo de maneras distintas, pero ninguna funiona, si alguien me puede ayudar se lo agradecería.

    continue said harassment, file a complaint through their profile.

    Please do not name and shame on the forums, there's no reason for that, and I'm not quite sure why phone support told you to post on this forum but they were incorrect in telling you to do so. No one can "hack" you on LIVE. The only way someone would be able
    to get your information would be if you gave it to them. The most a user that gets your IP Address can do is boot you off of XBOX Live, that's about it. What you should do in a case like this is
    file a complaint against the user, avoid the player,
    block communications with them.

    If you'd like this person to not have your IP anymore, you'll need to contact your internet service providers phone support and ask them to reset your IP Address. If your worried about your account at all, take a look at the
    LIVE Security Checklist.

    How to file a complaint:



    1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
    2. Select Friends, then go to the Players tab.
    3. Select File Complaint. Then select File Complaint again on the next screen.


    Select Text and Voice Communications.

    Select Text Message / Voice Message / Voice Chat / In-Game Voice.

    Select File Complaint.

    How to avoid a player:



    1. Press the Guide button.
    2. Select Friends, then go to the Players tab. Select the player’s gamertag.
    3. Select Submit Player Review.
    4. Select Avoid This Player
    5. Select why you want to avoid the player: Communication, Game Behavior, or Player Skill.
    6. Select the specific reason why you want to avoid the player.

    How to block communications (only works if messages were received from other players):

    From the Xbox Dashboard, open a message from the player, and then select Block Communications. The player will not be able to send you any messages unless you send them one first.

    This is happening to many people worldwide right now, unfortunately. I'm sorry you're experiencing this. This is a very common problem right now and it's a lot to do with services being overwhelmed at the moment. Due to worldly events, and many more people
    being home right now than usual, and trying to play Xbox at the same time, the servers and services simply were not meant to handle this large of numbers at once. YouTube and Netflix and many other applications have also been overwhelmed in the past couple
    of weeks and have had issues, and have had to lower bandwidth to try to keep services running. Please understand that this is the issue, and they are trying to work on it, but are struggling to keep up with demand. All Xbox services are overwhelmed right now
    and this is a known issue with games not working, servers being down, downloads not completing, etc. Everything is affected. They have said they are trying to fix the issues and keep services running during these times, but just know that it is issues on Xbox's
    end, it's not your Xbox. It's affecting everyone. Keep trying, that's all we can really do. If it does not work, you might simply have to wait this out a little longer and once work places and schools etc are open again, and lockdowns are lifted worldwide,
    services will feel the relief and all systems will run normally again.
