Help me with logging in please

Hello there,

I have created an Xbox-Live account a while back because I lost the account information of my first account. However I bought the game State of Decay on this first account, I accepted that the first account was gone but I didn't realise that I can't play
it on my other accounts so now I am kind of ***. Since the storage room on my Xbox was running low I moved 90% of my games on a USB stick all but one game. You can already guess it's State of Decay which now I can't even play!

Now when I try to look it up on my other account on the Xbox marketplace it says I have to buy it again for another 19 euros! This of course is madness, I've already bought the game I'm not going to buy it again.

Whenever I try to log in on my first account I have to type in the e-mail and password it is bound to, I think I may remember the password when I see the e-mail I just can't seem to recall the e-mail adress. Is there a way to retrieve my e-mail adress of
this very account without having to log into it on my Xbox (since I can't do this)?

Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

Could someone help me please?!

You would need to contact support. As long as you can verify that you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email.

You actually need to reset the account's password, support can not change the email on the account, for instance, when you try to reset the password and 1 of the options will be to fill out a form asking some info of your account, If by any chance you get
some negative answer from that form online, then support can work on it, basically at that point they can escalate the issue but to do it they need first, some info of the negative answer in case you receive it....but well, I'm trying to be very explicit and
I may end up confusing you, so bottom line....try to reset password here:

If you are unable to reset password there, then call support then, but only after you try it, if not they will just tell you to do it first

hi, i've tried also on google chrome (and i. explorer), cash cleared but nothing, with "" gamertag all works correctly, with "Il Kastigatore" nothing go on....

Hey there Kastigatore! Can you perhaps post an image of the error you are seeing please? Additionally, can you confirm that you have tried clearing your browser's cookies and cache and reloading the page, as well as trying multiple browsers? Please let us

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I am sorry that you are still prompted that you have to buy the game, even if you already purchased Minecraft 10 years ago. As part of our initial troubleshooting, kindly make sure that you are logged in using the same Microsoft account where you migrated the game. You may check it by going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Once confirmed that you are using the correct account, please follow my recommendations below.

1. Delete the Minecraft launcher that exists on your computer.

2. Restart your computer.

3. Install legacy Minecraft launcher for Windows.

Once reinstalled, continue with these instructions.

1. Open Minecraft launcher.

2. If you are already logged in, click on your image and Gamer tag in the upper left corner of the screen and then on "Logout".

3. After logging out, delete all accounts registered in the launcher by clicking on the "X" next to each account.

4. In the Minecraft launcher, enter the Microsoft email and password.
