Help me unlock my account!

Hello there,

I have a Gmail account which associated with one of my Microsoft certificates, and this certificate is going to expire at the end of this month, it has to be renewed.

But since I recently moved to another country and do not have my old cell phone anymore, I cannot login to my account to renew it. I tried to answer all the questions to retrieve my account, the system told me i failed, but the problem is I am using the same email address almost every day, it is so valid on my new phone though.

Please help me!

Thank you very much for your reply, but I want to say it is not Gmail locking my account, it is the Microsoft certificate website not allowing me to access, because I am in a different country.

Please let me know where I can ask for help about my Microsoft certificate dashboard account, because when submitting this question, there is no such option, it is really frustrating.

i hope you are having a good day, despite the bad of your problem i am sorry to tell you that in this forum we only deal with things only and exclusively that have to do with microsoft or xbox products, although your problem has some relation with microsoft the best thing you can do is contact the google support team, since they are the ones that have domain over gmail. you can talk to them through this link
