if auto-renewal is turned off and you are paying with a prepaid card then you're credit card will not be charged...and your account cannot be suspened if you're paying with a prepaid card-- once your sub is up (with the prepaid card) then remove your credit
card-- your new credit card would not need to be on xbox live if you don't want it to be. i read these directions on the forum like a month ago.

While it may look like the character is moving and the world stands still, in reality in video games it is exactly the opposite. The character is mostly static while the background moves around them. Hence, lower quality.

if you've the footage that "proves" it, then it's not accusing, that showing proof.

but yeah, it's stupid the rules XBL has and yet people get away with it all the time.

Old site used to "flame" people, then post their replies, messages etc. it's "against the TOS" to post/use another gamer name without their permission.

now getting someone to do anything about it.....good luck with that
