Help me to get my old Xbox 360 account back, please.

Hello, well I wanted to recover my old Xbox account, what happens is that that account was created by my brother since the Xbox 360 was a birthday present (and he had no idea about the internet) and well he lost his hotmail account and Now that for my new birthday they will buy me the New Xbox I would like to recover the previous one to have the same games and my previous friends (if they are still alive haha)

I can give you complete tests, even a video with the same console turned on showing that it is my property (account and console) so that you can help me, it would be very great if you help me with this, thanks

hello im having troubles with my old account i tried to get back on but it keeps saying its invalid, I went to hotmail.com (outlook.com) and it said it was hacked so is there anyway to get my old account back?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your old account.

Unfortunately, if you don't remember any of the information you used to set up the original account there may not be much we can do with this one.

You may be able to get in touch with our
Phone Support team and they will try to verify that you are the owner of the account. You'll need as much information you used to create the account as you can remember.
