    I was testing my account in another xbox one and then they give a message that the account cant not set as principal in my console because is already in another can you help me guys. I didn't know about that.

    Hi Games4One,

    Sorry you're having account issues on your Xbox One. I'm sorry but I do not entirely understand your question here. Can you please take another look at the error message and repost exactly what that is, and what you're trying to accomplish? Below are
    the steps to add an account to an Xbox One, and you can have your account on multiple Xbox's.

    1. Click the bar on the upper left of the home screen.

    2. Choose "Add new."

    3. Sign in with your Microsoft account.



    After doing this your account will be on the Xbox One. If you've already setup your account previously all your settings (colors, tiles, ect) will be carried over from the cloud.

    Be aware though this can only be done once every 3 months.
