    HELP ME PLEASE


    I have had an XBL Gold account for 6+ years without any bad rep and I've definitely never had my console banned for any reason.

    I recently spent $100 on XBL gift cards and tried to purchase a year subscription of Dying Light (& was going to use remainder for EA Access account) then i got an unexpected surprise, it said:

    "Your settings don't allow purchases

    This applies to both paid and free content, To buy this, first change your setting to allow purchases. (Parents will have to change this setting for children.)

    Double-tap the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Settings > All Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Custom > View Details and customize.

    If changing that setting doesn't work, it's possible your purchase and download privileges are suspended. For more on that, check the email associated with your Microsoft account for a message from the Policy and Enforcement Team, or go to https://enforcement.xbox.com"

    I went and tried to change the settings first and nothing changed, so then I called 1-800-469-9269 and tried to see if they could help me resolve my issues.

    After wasting 44 minutes the first guy I spoke to didn't really help me too much. He just said it was showing my account and console were banned and he couldn't figure out why. Second time i called back I spoke with the second guy for about 14 minutes and he
    said my account was fine and doesn't have any bad rep, but somehow my actual console is banned and it's not allowing me to use any of the xbl features such as messaging, online play, purchasing items from the store, etc...



    The craziest part is I was at work the night that it's saying my console got banned. So now I have to suffer the consequences when I did NOTHING wrong.

    Is there any way that the Microsoft Gods could show me some love, I've been a loyal xbox gamer for many years and this is how you re-pay me?

    I think it's ridiculous they are saying I have to wait until the end of April to spend my 100 dollars on some games from the Store. I just purchased these Microsoft Store cards yesterday so I download Dying Light and play EA Access. If I would've known I was
    going to have to wait I would've just spent my $100 on PSN cards instead.

    You may want to try checking your console at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com
    The enforcement team are the only ones who have any information about bans, so no one here would be able to assist. However, if you're able to sign into Live on your console, it doesn't sound like it is banned. You would get
    a message about it as soon as you try to sign into Live.

    Slightly off topic, it's not possible to purchase an EA Access subscription with your Microsoft account balance.

    I've been to that website, they originally directed me there, I checked my Enforcement history and I'm not finding any bad rep or any blemishes on my record. It's showing my account is fine on my end and theirs, they are the ones that sent me here, so it
    sounds like i'm in a never ending loop of where i actually need to go. I am still trying to figure out how to get this resolved...
