My brother and i both have a xbox 360 and we're on the same internet connection but i can't join a party of a friend and he also cant join me!

but my brothers xbox connects immediately with my friend.. so guys whats wrong here???

Sorry to hear about the issues with connectivity. How are you connected?

• Modem, Router & Modem, Wired or Wireless?
• And what is the name of the company that provides the networking hardware?

Also, can you run a connectivity test and report back here with the information you receive?

1. Press the Guide button in the center of your controller.
2. Select your Settings, System Settings, and then Network Settings.
   
3. Select the name of your Wireless Network, or select Wired Network for a wired connection.
   
4. Select Test Xbox Live Connection. You should be then prompted with an error
   if there is one.

Can you report back here with the information I've asked for above? Looking forward to hear from you soon.

It's a Fritzbox 7360 Modem and i'm wired.

I already did the connectivity test and there were no error's,

my nat type is open so i don't know what i'm doing wrong and i've did everything i could think of.

Thanks for the fast response! So we have some good news and there is documentation of similar issues on your router currently on the FRITZ! Box 7360 Networking hardware page. I'll provide some troubleshooting steps below:

Disable IPv6 on the router to re-enable Teredo tunneling required for P2P multiplayer.

1. Open a web browser.
2. Enter Web Server's Default Page in the
   address bar.
3. Enter any user or account information if you've made any.
4. Select internet from the menu on your left.
5. Select Account Information from the sub-menu,
6. Select the IPv6 tab from the top of the menu.
7. Uncheck the IPv6 support check box.
8. Click the Apply button.
