HELP ME PLEASE!

Ok so this morning I was playing on xbox live with some friends, and then I got disconnected from xbox live. I reconnected, went to eat breakfast only to find that I had once again been disconnected. After this I tried to connect again, and it showed that
my xbox could connect to my network, but my network couldnt connect to my internet. So I unplugged my router (the usual problem) but this didnt work multiple times. So i gave up and waited a bit. I went back later to try and on the sign in page, my prrofile
just sat there, then brought up the "cant connect to xbox live" message. I have no idea how to fix this!

Heres a breakdown of what Ive done with the xbox in the past 12 hours:

7:40 AM- Played online, disconnected

8:00- reconnected, disconnected again

10:00- played offline

11:30- Used horizon to change my crown number from 3 to 10 (however i've changed it back since thinking that might be causing the problem)

12:00 to 4:00- tried different solutions to the problem which none of them worked

7:40 PM- tried again and still no luck

7:50 PM- Deleted all system updates, still couldnt connect, same error message

Ive tried every single thing that the xbox website tells me to do and nothing worked. HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Sorry to hear your problems that you have been having trying to get online, Can you please tell me which console you are using so that i can help provide you steps to try and get back online?

 

I am on xbox 360. I tried on sunday, and it worked fine, but today, it just happened again. Could it be because i'm currently under a 1 week communication suspension?

 

Yes that could be the reason, if you come back after a week and post here again if you can not get online.

 

A communications suspension would not prevent you from connecting to Live. If you were suspended from the Live service you would get a message stating so.

Check this link to see if there are any other suspensions on your account

Finally, if you are connected via wireless try connecting via ethernet cable to see if that works for you.

 

okay, so it lets me play online for a little bit, like today I signed in at like 2:30 and was able to play until about 5;30. I checked my suspensions and it said that my coms were banned, and that my multiplayer priveleges have been suspended as well, however
I can get online and play for a few hours at a time. I also tried to connect with an unsuspended account and I got the same error.

 

Ok, it may be that you have a Live suspension. If this is the case then you would need to post in the suspensions forums.

However, if it turns out that you have a specific game suspension then you would need to contact the developer

ok so I've treid posting to the other forum 3 times and got nothing, and tried to connect with an ethernet cable through my laptop, and that didnt work either. What is going on with my xbox. I was able to stay connected all day today until now when it just
booted me off, and I keep getting the same internet error.

 

They do not answer immediately in the suspensions forums. Please give it at least 24 hours. Also, if they do not reply to your post there they will reply to you via direct message on the forums.

Ok I'm having issues again. My Xbox could connect to live all weekend, so I thought it was fixed. My com ban ends tonight but however I'm being disconnected in an account that has no suspensions or issues on it. What is the problem with my Xbox?
