HELP ME PLEASE

    HELP ME PLEASE


    I'm going crazy.

    I'm completely new to this whole thing. I made an Xbox live account a few days ago. I purchased Xbox GOLD so i could play online with friends. I tried adding them and it just says pending on my console (360) and they got no request on theirs (one). So we respectively
    went on the xbox website and added each other as friends/followers. We show up as friends/followers on the website but not on our consoles. They've tried to send me invites to join games but i don't receive them. All notifications are turned on, privacy settings
    are all set accordingly.

    I have:

    - Done all the troubleshooting

    - Hard reset the console

    - Cleared my cache

    - Deleted the profile and re downloaded it

    - Deleted my gold account and had it refunded/repurchased (twice)

    I have contacted help agents about four times. Was on the phone to support for over an hour.

    When i had GOLD, i would get an error code when going to view my membership on the 360, with it saying 'Cannot display membership details right now, try again later. The error code was something like 8C150009.

    There could be something so obvious but i have no idea what i am doing.
