Help me please!! (Urgent)

Hello, I purchased a preowned Xbox one today from vintage stock due to the loser expenses. Anyway I plugged it in etc and downloaded a few games, I noticed how it was a little buggy and sometimes it would say things such as "the Xbox one servers are down"
or something im that manner. I was playing in a party with some one my friends and I got dissconeccted from the server. I went to wifi and I tried to connect and it said and I quote "Sorry, the wireless network hardware on this console isn't working." I unplugged
restarted it multiple times and then eventually decided to reset it. I am now stuck on the reset page because when I try to connect it pops up with the same annoying message. I am looking for a way to fix this issue without having to have it repaired our returned.

HELP ME PLEASE!! URGENT!!

So I just purchased an used Xbox 360 from Craigslist, it came with 13 games, All the games work perfectly fine, no issues. But when I put in Modern Warfare 3 or Madden 2011, the game plays but for example in MW3 the people all have spikes coming out of
them, in all ways of playing, i.e. Live, Campaign. And In Madden the people were coming out of the ground, and it was acting really weird. I don’t understand. I have tried so many things!! Is there anything you can think of to help my problem? The 13 games
all don't do this.. PLEASE HELP! I want to play the new games =(

try clearing the system cache and deleteing any Title updates from your games folders in the games section of the hard drive.

settings --> System --> Storage --> Highlight Hard Drive

Press Y

Clear System Cache

go into the Hard Drive --> Games and Apps --> Game Folder

Delete Title Updates

 

Honestly, take it back and get a different one. That is the best advice I can give you.

 

Agreed,Sounds like the network card in the console is dodgy.
