Help me please locked account

I added a alias to my account and removed the primary because i almost fell for a scam in minecraft. then i forgot the email and i was scared that i changed it to another email which was under one of my other microsoft accounts and that i would lose access to my minecraft account. So i asked support for help. but then i found out that it was under the email which i forgot *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** instead of the one i usually use for games *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. Im the one who changed the passwords and everything. But now im in a a even deeper hole because the original support agent i talked to suspended my account. his name is aldren . So I submit a few tickets and another support agent tells me to give a bunch of information. I was about to and then when i signed in for a recovery in this link he gave me he sent me an email immediately after saying I had 2fa on my account and he was gonna keep it suspended. all this because i changed the alias on my account. what the hell

It is completely understandable that my following comment is going to be frustrating for you, but I must inform you that if Microsoft support wasn’t able to assist you with recovering or unlocking the account, here in the forums no one is capable of further assisting with this.

Hi Jen,

Thanks for your advice but no joy still I'm afraid - I've never sent emails from the outlook account that I can think of as it was only set up for my xbox. I've completed the form several times again with my EXACT gamertag, console ID and billing details but it still says not enough information ? It's so frustrating now, I've spent days Trying to unlock the account now and no support from Microsoft at all ?

Contacting support is the only way to deal with billing issues
