Help Me Please I'm Desperate :(

Hello,

Since yesterday that i cant connect mi xbox one to xbox live , i cant play almost anithing because i need some updates for a few games.

If i connect mi console direct to my isp there no problem and everithing works fine, but if i connect through my router (wireless or wired) it doesnt work...in nat put "open" so thats good, and if i run the network test show me that everithing is fine, but
dont log in and i cant saw the store friends and stuff...idk what to do because i need to keep the router connected to the family...should i restar the router to default and configure everything again? or what...

before the ddos attack i never had a problem with my router and i dont change any config from it, so thats my question...how can i repair this?

Game keeps restarting with message: the game was restarted due to a problem with the storage device

Please help me, I am very *** off about the storage device having problems and what answers, plz, I'm desperate!!

You could certainly try unplugging the router for 10 seconds to see if that helps.

If it doesn't then please post which type of router you are using (name and brand) so people on the forums can help you out.

ýes i did, my router is a Dlink DIR-300.

Usually do a soft reset on the router and, if no success, a factory reset solves it.

PS: Always good to backup your stable router config file.

i did both, i think that is not problem on my network or router...

You'll need to contact Xbox, via phone support or through a direct agent to see if it can be changed. But the limit is pretty strict.

Unfortunately Xbox users and Xbox Ambassadors cannot reset a home Xbox, and we cannot give you more changes, however you do get 1 additional change 12 months after you set a home Xbox, this applies every time you make a new Xbox One your Home Xbox,
