    xbox one controller keeps moving to the right

    Someone pleas help my Xbox controler keeps scrolling to the right I'm have no idea y but it only happens when my controler is on I rest my consol and turned it off many times nothing is working please help me

    i tried that went back though the island nothing happened so i joined someone else's game, they did everything the same as me and they game went on as normal

    The gamertag that you are posting with shows as Silver with 0 gamerscore. Is this your regular gamertag that you are asking about?

    What you should do though is contact phone support as this does sound like a billing issue that only they can handle. support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I'm sorry to see any issues with Solitaire! Hanging or loading issues are generally related to an internet connection issue. If you haven't already, be sure to have your PC connected to the internet via an ethernet cable. If that's already been done, you
    may need to update your graphics card to ensure you're getting the most out of it.
