    Message don’t work.

    i'm having the same issue now but it lets me send messages from other devices such as my PC and from my iPhone's web browser. just not working from the xbox app on ios

    Hey I am experiencing the same issue as everyone else in the thread. I followed your steps in resetting and restarting my PC but to no avail. I have heard of solutions by using the mobile app but unfortunately for me, I have an Iphone and it informs me I must redeem these perks on a PC or Xbox. I do not have an Xbox.
