Help me out with my ban.

hi, I got banned for a week for doing nothing wrong and that's what I would like to work out if you guys could tell me what I have done I was just playing Xbox one day and then all of a sudden I was banned and I wasn't doing anything wrong I was just talking
to my mates normally and then next thing the ban comes up I wasn't sure what I did because I didn't do anything and I would like you please to review my ban because I think that it was unnecessary ban and now I can't talk to people on the game while I play
which I have been banned before I understood what i did but This Ban I have done nothing and I would please like you to review this thanks for your time

Please help me with my ban.

I was banned for profanity in a message. It started when I woke up this morning and the first game I played had some little kid yelling out my TV at me and then during the match he messaged me telling me I'm trash and to quit playing the game because I played
a character he didn't like I guess. I told him to **** off and I got banned even though he was the one harassing me. This is stupid and the ban is for two weeks?! WOW what a way to wake up.
