Help me on xbox live

This could have been a temporary issue that had been resolved and you were still seeing messaging for it.

Is the issue still persistent?

If so, power cycle your console (power down via power button, then unplug for 10 minutes) and turn your home's router off and back on. Then see if the issue persists or if it goes away.

Hello there!

Here are a few steps that maybe solves your problem:

1. Run a network test on your console.

2. Sing out of your profile and then sign in again. ( support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/sign-in-solution )

3. Do a full powercycle on your console by holding down the xbox button in the console for about 10 seconds till the console completely powers down. Disconnect all wires from the console and from the wall. Wait a few minutes, plug them back and turn your

4. Remove and re-download your profile to your console! ( support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one
