    Help me. My Xbox kicks me offline!


    My Xbox disconnects me at random times from Xbox Live and I would like to know why? And it says something about policies and account security? I need help so I can record for my YouTube channel. I have proof that this is my account but my dad deleted his
    email account. Please help me I don't know what to do.

    Hey there -

    Could you let us know exactly what that message that pops up says? And is there an error code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that goes with that by any chance? If so, we'll need that too.

    We need a bit more information so we can figure out where the issue is. Help me. My Xbox kicks me offline! :)

    Also I forgot to say, my roommate has an xbox as well, no issues and all of our computers have no issues with being kicked offline.......

    Could you verify if you have the Arris TG862G/CT (Xfinity) wireless gateway. Thank you!

    Are you and your friends xboxes connecting to the same router Internet connection?

    This gateway is known to have a negative affect with its NAT and Xbox LIVE. This may sound a bit drastic, but I would recommend exchanging the device for a different model that is well known to support Xbox LIVE and in particular, multiple xboxes that are
    using the same router Internet connection.
