    Help me!! My account has been stolen!


    For a month off my profile Xbox Live because the profile is connected to another console and apart from me, no one has the account.

    Last week we look at the history of shopping from my profile and found that they had made purchases of games and accessories worth 200 for myself and what I had done.

    I need help urgently!

    Says Minecraft for windows 10 code has already been redeemed?

    My account says that my minecraft code (bought minecraft back in the beta days) has already been redeemed. I haven't been on minecraft in a while. I'm assuming my account has been stolen, but wouldn't, if redeemed, it be applied to my account? Or can anyone
    claim those codes? Please help.

    Also, apparently my name has been changed as well. Which is what leads me to believe my account has been stolen.

    Howdy, for this type of issue you need to contact an agent directly via phone at 18004myxbox (18004692969) so the agent can pull up your account and freeze it for investigation. The money will be refunded and the account will be returned to you after the
    investigation.

    Don't worry Microsoft takes account security very seriously and they will deal with this case accordingly.

    Hello there,

    Sorry to hear this VicKre. I'd suggest you follow the guidance on
    this support article     to report this to Microsoft.

    If at all possible, attempt to recover the account with the forgotten password tools too and if you reuse the same password on other accounts, I would recommend changing them.
