HELP ME MICROSOFT

Discus and support HELP ME MICROSOFT in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; MY WHOLE CONSOLE has recently been banned for over a month and I have done absolutely nothing, I would appreciate some more information on the case...     its useless to post this on a forum,i live the same thing for over one year on top of being bullied by a legion of trolls,so much that even moderators join the bullies.i highly recommend you to contact directly the support via a safe computer,maybe you have
    a friend who can help you with his computer.furums are not safes because the one who did that to you is maybe not alone and might see your post here.

  3. Microsoft help me

    Something similar happened to me too. I bought the 500G 4 times and 2100G 2 times over a period of a couple days. They all didn't error when I purchased them but the points didn't show up in game at all. I looked at my Billing history on account.microsoft.com
    and it looks like the transaction completed successfully.

    I attempted this again today at around 1:40 PM PST and it still didn't work.

    The account owner will need to contact Microsoft Support, there's no other way to resolve this issue from your end, since you are not the account owner.

    You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available) or phone team
