Help me! I have a problem with my Account!

Sorry you're having account issues on your Xbox One. I'm sorry but I do not entirely understand your question here. Can you please take another look at the error message and repost exactly what that is, and what you're trying to accomplish? Below are
the steps to add an account to an Xbox One, and you can have your account on multiple Xbox's.

1. Click the bar on the upper left of the home screen.

2. Choose "Add new."

3. Sign in with your Microsoft account.



After doing this your account will be on the Xbox One. If you've already setup your account previously all your settings (colors, tiles, ect) will be carried over from the cloud.

Please stop creating multiple threads about the same problem.You already have people trying to help you here

You need the dash 13599 which can be found here

download.microsoft.com/download/2/A/C/2AC6BB6F-1A26-4784-BA64-09A96E70CD03/SystemUpdate_13599_USB.zip

Un-zip put the $systemupdate onto a usb drive plug into your xbox then turn your console on and should update no problem
