    Purchased Game from Microsoft Marketplace downloaded it But Didn't Play

    Hi Everyone,

    Could you please help me. I have been contacting Microsoft Support but every time it is not solving the issue I have.

    My proplem is :

    Purchased Game from Microsoft Online and downloaded it but after download game not appearing at My Game section. I have re-downloaded it again, deleted cache, deleted profile and downloaded my profile again but still same issue: Game not appearing at My
    Game after download complete and when attemp to play it from Download History it show black screen for second and then guide me to My Games.

    This issue is same when I have downloaded game with Gold (Battelfield Bad Company 2)

    This didn't happen when I have purchased other games.

    Please can anyone help me on this regard

    Is it possible to download Xbox One's operating system onto Xbox 360?

    So I have Xbox 360 and I really want to play Xbox One games. I feel like you can download it if there is a wire that can be connected to your computer and downloaded. Can anyone help me? And also tell me the truth because this is the original forum.

    Yes I could download it on my (c:) drive but there is not enough space on my computer (the (c:) drive) to download the game that is why I was trying to download it on a (d:) drive.

    Yes I have. For your information I am trying to download it after resetting my computer. I got the game when you could download it on windows store as well and it worked fine then.

    Forza Horizon 5 installation issues

    Finished downloading the game, seems to be running fine now! My savegame was intact, which is expected because I never touched it.

    Had some issues right after downloading where the Xbox App got error: 0x8007139f.

    So I repaired all integrity issues with Windows Update and Gaming Services, and then rebooted the computer.

    After rebooting, all icons fixed themselves and my computer automatically downloaded the add-ons for Forza Horizon 5.

    Thanks Josef for suggesting Safe Mode; helped me narrow down the issue to the corrupted game files.

    Hope the game runs smooth for a while!
