    Hello Grace,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It seems like xbox.com was undergoing maintenance yesterday for a couple of hours. Does this issue still persist? Are you receiving any error messages from the website itself?

    Sometimes, recent activations/renewals of your Gold subscription may not be immediately recognized by your Xbox console.

    Give your console a power cycle and see if it helps.
