Help me have banned my console xbox xbox live

No one here can tell you why your console is banned.

If your console is banned then it's permanent & will not be reversed.

If your account isn't banned then you have not lost your games.You can still play them offline but you will need a new console to play them online.

Moderators do not have the power to ban consoles, they are gamers like you who volunteer to look after the forum. They have no powers on Live.

The current policy from the Enforcement Team is that they do not discuss consoles bans but if this page is to be believed that could be changing soon Xbox LIVE
Ban | Xbox Console Ban.

Nothing else we can do to help you I'm afraid. It's just a matter of wait and see.

An Xbox LIVE player who obtains their gamerscore in this abnormal way will:

Find their gamerscore reset to zero.

Be unable to regain all previously earned achievements.

Be labelled as a “cheater” for the community to view.

This was already resolved though, i got my coupons for xbox live and i need my bf3 coupon now
