    no matter what I do all my games give me the 8027 error amd wont play. I have average internet, have clean restarted my xbox and even tried unistalling and reinstalling games but no luck

    We'd like to get a bit more detail to make sure we get you pointed in the right direction - can you reply back with the following info?

    1. Are you seeing that error on an Xbox One or Xbox 360 console?

    2. How is your console connected to your network? Wired, or wireless?

    3. Do you get that error no matter which profile is signed into the console when you try to launch those games?

    4. What troubleshooting, if any, have you already tried so far to resolve this issue?

    Dear God help!

    The recent Beta is what is doing away with points and converting everything to actual money. If your account is now under the beta you will not see points. Example if you put in a 1600 point card it will show up under your account at $20.00 if you are in
    the US. Hope that helps.
